As part of a continuous improvement mindset and sustainability plan, BSE! site teams need strong data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities. It’s critical to have the information needed to help key stakeholders understand the value and impact of summer learning experiences. In this session, we’ll share examples of creative ways teams are collecting the data needed to tell that story. We’ll also brainstorm new ways to get more data, both qualitative and quantitative details, on the benefits of the program. Finally, we’ll share an Impact Reporting template that you can use as a starting point for communicating with the key stakeholders in your community.
