December 11th New Site Leader Opt-in Session | 3:00 - 4:30 pm

Staff turnover and transitions in 21st CCLC site leadership are a challenge for many teams in the BSE learning community. In this session, we’ll provide an opportunity to accelerate the ramp-up process for new site leaders as they engage in the planning process for Summer 2025. We’ll highlight the research that guides our approach, lessons learned on planning priorities and some tips on how to best harness all the summer planning tools.
