• Leveraged small group, peer discussions to take a deeper dive into the Strategic Visioning process, with each team opting into the sections that were most relevant to the current stage of their work.

• Gave spotlight to two of our community’s sites who are using family engagement and youth development strategies to create and strengthen engaging, student-centered program cultures.

• Shared the goals for upcoming coaching sessions and outlined a roadmap for our time together between now and our next Learning Community meeting (May 8).
