Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the MHub: Addons for MCPE app (hereafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Dmitrii Zaitsev (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and provided as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or any part of it, including trademarks and content, is strictly prohibited. Attempting to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions is not permitted. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.
Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as useful and efficient as possible. However, they reserve the right to modify the Application or introduce fees for its services at any time. Any applicable charges will be communicated to users in advance.
Subscriptions
The Application offers in-app subscriptions to unlock premium content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription prices are shown in the Application before purchase and may vary by country.
Free Trial:
Subscriptions may include a free trial for eligible new users. If available, its length is shown in the Application before purchase.
During this trial period, you will have full access to the premium content and features.
If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, your Apple ID account will be charged for the selected subscription plan.
Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Payment Terms:
Payments are processed securely through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Account Settings.
Refunds:
Refunds for subscriptions are processed directly through Apple’s refund system and are subject to App Store policies.
By purchasing a subscription or activating the free trial, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your subscription.
Data Storage and Device Security
The Application processes personal data provided by you to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can compromise your device’s security and lead to malfunctions in the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services, each of which has its own terms and conditions. Below are the links to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers used by the Application:
Yandex AppMetrica is used for analytics purposes, including tracking user behavior and diagnosing technical issues to improve the Application’s performance. The Service Provider is not responsible for the performance or actions of these third-party services.
Internet and Data Charges
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network. The Service Provider is not responsible for any lack of functionality due to poor internet access or limited data allowances. If you are using the Application outside of Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage, including roaming charges. The Service Provider is not responsible for these charges. Ensure you have permission from the bill payer before using the Application if you are not the one paying for the mobile service.
Responsibility and Liability
It is your responsibility to keep your device charged and operational. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot use the Application due to battery depletion.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and functional, they rely on external sources for some data. Therefore, they do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the Application and are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on the Application’s features.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may release updates to improve functionality or maintain compatibility with operating system updates. You agree to download these updates when available to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee the Application will remain compatible with all future versions of your device’s operating system.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

You must cease using the Application and delete it from your device if required.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
