The Stark County Retired Teachers Association will offer five $2000 scholarship grants for the year 2019-2020. Applicants must have been a graduate of a high school located within Stark County, be enrolled in a fall 2019 classes as a junior or senior, be in the field of Education, have a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
