ADA Paratransit is a shared ride, advanced reservation, origin-to-destination service for individuals who because of their disability are unable to use CTA or Pace fixed route transit service for some or all of their trips.
People with a disability or health condition. People who are ineligible to use the Chicago Transit Authority or Pace fixed routes for some or all of their travel.

Medical trips, DuPage County Health Department and DuPage County Community Services appointments only. Trips restricted to DuPage County Addresses only. Trips outside of the county must be pre-approved by the sponsor.
$4.00 each way to 421 and 111 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton. All other destinations are $1.50 for the first 6 miles and $1.50 each mile after that.
Senior: 60 and under 200% of poverty. Disabled: Any age under 200% poverty. Low-Income: 200% of poverty for non seniors/disabled.
If receiving Medicaid/TANF cannot use program for medical trips.

Addison Township residents. Addison Township includes most residents of Addison and some parts of Bensenville, Chicago, Elmhurst, Elk Grove Village, Itasca Lombard, and Villa Park.
Must be 65+ or 16+ with a permanent disability. Income requirements of $36,562 or less for one person or $44,533 or less for two people.
Addison Township assists eigibile residents in applying for Illinois' Benefits Access Program (formerly Circuit Breaker). Eligible seniors and people with disabilities will receive free transit on fiex-route systems like Metra and Pace and a reduced-fee license plate sticker.

Emergency financial assistance is available from People’s Resource Center (PRC) on a limited basis for clients who are facing special hardships or unexpected needs, such as car repairs, utilities at risk of disconnection, and medical expenses. Our trained social services staff and volunteers work to connect clients to assistance from PRC or other area service providers.
