Sometimes I sit down and imagine
What would it be like to have no imagination?
Or If Chimpanzees had our imagination,
Then would they have a God too?
We know the letters A to Z,
We’ve all danced to music too.
The next song,
The cure to cancer,
Just like your poems,
Are hiding within you.
They say the universe is infinite,
Maybe the infinity is within me and you.
What if life is a video in 360,
And what’s not in front of me isn’t true?
If my red isn’t their red.
How can their pain be my pain?
But we can imagine anything,
So maybe we can imagine that too.
Stupid humans fighting and killing each other,
everyday on the news.
If stupid humans can create superintelligence,
Then who the hell invented me and you.
Am I actually offended by things,
Or do I really just think that I should?
What if drugs actually make you sober,
And it’s life that’s intoxicating you.
What if the earth doesn't actually have all those people?
What if it’s only me and you?
It doesn’t matter because when I’m with you,
I don’t care if my imagination ceases to.
