Privacy Policy & Account Deletion

Adaptivities LLC values your privacy. We collect information such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), profile information, event registrations, device information, and app
usage data.
This information is used to manage your account, register you for social groups and inclusive outings, process ticket purchases, send push notifications, improve our services, and provide customer support.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to operate the app. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
Many Adaptivities members are minors. Accounts should be managed by a parent or legal guardian whenever appropriate.

Users may delete their account from within the app by selecting:
Profile → Settings → Delete
Or by emailing info@adaptivities.store with the subject line Delete My Account and including the email address associated with the account.
Once processed, the user’s account and profile information will be permanently deleted except for records required by law or financial regulations. Requests are typically completed within 30 days.
