Sprouted Living

Located in the neighborhood of Chelsea, New York, the goal of this project was to create a place where people could live and work, the first floor features hydroponic farms that provide produce for the in house restaurant. The upper floors provide 42 apartments and community spaces for the residents to enjoy.
