I’m a local artist who goes by Shiro-N or Shiro-Narwal online. I am passionate about animation and comics. They are grossly underappreciated art forms and much more versatile than people give them credit for. I prefer to work in the anime style because I like the aesthetic form. I was born in Nagoya, Japan, and am part Japanese on my mother’s side. I’ve been consuming Japanese pop culture for my entire life, and that connection may have influenced my choice of manga as a medium. I was first inspired by Sailor Moon when I was around ten years old.
