This Privacy Policy explains how Riftwheel: Neon Vanguard handles information when you use the application. We designed the app to provide a game experience with minimal personal data requirements. This policy describes the categories of information that may be processed, why that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
Riftwheel does not require you to create an account, provide a username, submit a profile photo, or connect a social media account. You may play the core game without registering an identity with us.
We do not intentionally collect your real name, home address, precise location, contacts, private messages, photographs, microphone recordings, or health information.
Game progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device. This can include:
Hero and sector unlocks
Credits and Blueprints earned during play
Completed stages and achievement progress
Daily challenge records
Highest Endless Orbit score
Equipped themes and wheel configuration
Audio, haptic, accessibility, and display preferences
This information is used only to provide the game experience and restore your progress when you reopen the app. Local game data remains associated with the app installation on your device.
You can remove locally stored progress by using the in-app reset option or by deleting the application. Deleting the app may permanently remove locally stored progress.
Riftwheel includes virtual resources such as Credits, Blueprints, Spin Tickets, sectors, relics, and cosmetic themes.
These resources:
Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, services, or prizes
Cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or withdrawn
Are used only within the application
Are earned or consumed according to the game rules
The application does not create a user wallet, payment balance, or cash-out account.
When the app is launched or when a technical issue occurs, standard operating-system information may be made available to Apple or platform service providers. This may include device model, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, and crash diagnostics.
This information is used to maintain compatibility, identify technical problems, improve stability, and protect the integrity of the application. We do not use this information to build a personal advertising profile.
If you grant notification permission, the operating system may provide a device notification token so that the app can deliver supported gameplay reminders or service messages.
You can disable notifications at any time through the device Settings app. We do not use notifications to send advertising messages.
Some app functions may require a network connection. Network requests may be processed by Apple, hosting providers, or other service providers needed to deliver requested app content and maintain application functionality.
Information transmitted during a network request may include standard technical data such as IP address, connection metadata, request time, and app version. We do not intentionally transmit your game identity, contacts, photos, or personal documents.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising.
Riftwheel does not contain third-party advertising placements. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Where platform diagnostics are available, they are used for reliability and technical maintenance rather than for advertising personalization.
Riftwheel is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect names, addresses, contact details, or other direct identifiers from children.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has submitted personal information may contact us using the details at the top of this policy. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress or delete the application.
Support correspondence, if you contact us by email, may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information handled through the application and support process. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
The app may rely on Apple system services and infrastructure providers to distribute, operate, diagnose, or support the application. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and service terms.
Riftwheel does not provide third-party advertisers with access to your local save data.
You may:
Decline notification permission
Disable notifications in device Settings
Reset local game progress inside the app
Delete the application and its local data
Contact us with privacy questions or requests
Because Riftwheel does not require an account, we may not be able to identify or recover locally stored progress after deletion or reset.
Depending on your location and the services used by your device, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable law, or our data practices change. The updated version will include a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means that you acknowledge the revised policy.
