Actually Available helps shoppers compare their saved clothing sizes with sizes offered on shopping websites.
INFORMATION THE EXTENSION HANDLES
• Size preferences you enter, including clothing, shoe, hat, bra and jeans sizes.
• The address and visible product information of shopping pages, including product names, links, categories, available sizes and size-related stock information.
• Extension preferences such as your sizing region, automatic or manual scanning mode, and fade or hide mode.
HOW THIS INFORMATION IS USED
This information is used only to provide size matching and product filtering. When Automatic Scan is enabled, Actually Available can examine shopping pages as you browse and may request product pages from the same retailer to determine which sizes are currently available. It then labels, fades or hides products according to your saved size profile. Manual Scan can be selected at any time from the extension popup.
Website addresses, product information and size availability are processed locally within your browser. Actually Available does not operate a server that receives your sizes, browsing history or scanned product information, and it does not create or retain a browsing-history database.
Your size profile and preferences are stored using Chrome's synchronised extension storage so they can remain available in Chrome browsers where you are signed in. This storage is provided and managed by Google under your Chrome settings.
SHARING AND SELLING
Actually Available does not sell your information. The developer does not share your size profile, browsing activity, website content or scanned product information with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties. This information is not used for advertising or profiling.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your saved profile remains in Chrome's extension storage until you reset it, remove the extension or clear the relevant Chrome data. You can delete saved sizes at any time using Reset sizes in the extension settings. Scanned website content and product information are not retained by the developer.
PERMISSIONS
Actually Available requests access to webpages so Automatic Scan can identify product listings, follow same-store product links, read displayed size availability and apply the user's chosen filtering mode without requiring a manual scan on every page. This access is used only for the extension's size-matching functionality.
The extension uses Chrome storage to remember your size profile and preferences. It uses scripting access to run the scanner and add size-result labels to shopping pages. Users can disable Automatic Scan and use Manual Scan from the extension popup.
PAYMENTS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The extension includes an optional link to Ko-fi for voluntary support. If you choose to visit or make a payment through Ko-fi or another named payment provider, that provider handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Payment details are not collected or stored by Actually Available.
LIMITED USE
Actually Available's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Information accessed by the extension is used only to provide or improve its disclosed size-matching and product-filtering features. It is not used for personalised advertising, transferred to data brokers or made available for unrelated human review.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the updated version and date will be published here. Material changes to data practices will also be disclosed within the extension or its Chrome Web Store listing when required.
