Come up with the topic you want your story to be about. It could be a different version of on already written story, or your own story.
Once you have your idea, think about what you want your story to be about. Write down notes or plan for the story.
Now, you write! Start writing the beginning of your story. It should introduce the characters, say whre the story is located, and and vaguely foreshadow the problem.
Now start the next paragraph. It should be about the characters' normal life and what they normally do.
Then it's time for the story. Write about the villan in the story. If you don't have a villan, start saying what the problem may be.
In your next paragraph, write about how the problem is effecting the characters. Use details to really describe and dive in to the problem.
It's time for the solution. Write about what the characters are doing to fix the problem.
Now wrap up your story by explaining what the characters learned, and what the outcome of the story was. The end.
Think about what you want your poem to be about.
What elements of poetry do you want in your poem? There is rhyme, rhythm, simile, metaphor, and many more!
Now, you write! To write the first stanza, start broadly talking about your topic. Use lines, not sentences.
In the second stanza, acknowledge your topic more. Then you can write.
In the third stanza, really emphasize your topic. Create strong feeling towards your topic.
Now, repeat the last stanza.
Think about what the holidays mean to you. What is your favorite tradition? What holiday do you celebrate? Do you get to do something special? Write all of your ideas down in a bulleted list.
Choose your top 12-16 things you wrote down. Organize those things into lines. You can make the lines shorter so that the poem flows easily.
If you want to, you can change some of the words so that they rhyme.
Separate your lines into stanzas. Make sure the stanzas are even.
You're done! Now go share your poem. Happy holidays!
