Special Activity - 2020

Appreciation Cards are little cards that you can make for healthcare workers to thank them for all they do. You can print out one of the 4 templates below, or make your own. When using a template, you cut out a card on the black line going through the middle of the paper. Then, you color in the template. Once you are done making a card, you can mail it to a doctor's office or hospital. Doctors, nurses, and so many more are working so hard to help, and these cards show that you appreciate what they do.

There are 2 cards per paper. There is a black line in the middle of the paper. When using a template, cut on the middle black line for 1 card.

Cards 1 & 2 Cards 3 & 4

1. Click here to open the Connect the Dots page.

2. Print out the Connect The Dots page you would like to do. (In black and white or colored.)

3. Start at dot 1.

4. Draw a line from dot 1-2.

5. Keep drawing lines from dot to dot. (1-2, 2-3, 3-4 etc.)

6. When your done connecting all the dots, try to figure out what the picture is.

7. Now, you can color in your picture.
