In this, delete the keys under Identities.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Office \ 16.0 \ Common \ Identity \ Profile

Then, you have to delete the keys under Profiles.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Office \ 16.0 \ Common \ Internet \ WebServiceCache \ AllUsers.

At last, you should Delete all subkeys under AllUsers.

6. Reinstall Office 365: To solve the issue, you should reinstall Office 365. For this, go to Control Panel and select Programs and Features.
