1. Introduction
ACT ONE ("the App") is developed and operated by P.CNTT - ACT Corporation for internal enterprise use by ACT Group personnel. This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the ACT ONE mobile application.
Depending on the features you use, the App may collect or access the following information:
Account and profile information: your username, full name, email address, job title, department, avatar, and related company account information obtained through ACT Corporation's internal login authentication.
Authentication information: access tokens, signal tokens, saved login information when enabled, and DMS/Nextcloud app credentials required for authenticated services.
Device and notification information: an app-generated device ID, Expo push notification token, notification module preferences, and notification delivery data.
Location data: precise GPS coordinates and derived address information when you use inventory scanning or asset checking features that require location recording.
Camera and scan data: barcode, QR code, and other asset/inventory codes scanned through the camera or entered manually.
Photos and media: photos captured during scanning, saved to the device photo library in the "ACT ONE" album; photos, videos, or files selected by you for upload in chat or file management features.
Files and chat content: messages, attachments, documents, and shared files used in the App's chat and DMS/file management features.
Contacts access: the App may request access to your device contacts only when you choose to save a company contact to your phone. The App does not upload your device contact list.
Local app settings and cached data: theme settings, tab configuration, scan lists, employee/station configuration, barcode parsing settings, PDF viewing preference, and chat screen state.
We use the information only for ACT ONE business and service functionality, including:
Authenticating users through ACT Corporation login.
Managing sessions, permissions, and access to internal ACT ONE modules.
Recording asset inventory scans, checking locations, scan times, scan staff, scan types, GPS coordinates, and addresses.
Capturing local photo evidence for inventory work.
Uploading user-selected files, photos, videos, and documents to ACT Corporation's DMS/Nextcloud service when you choose to use upload, chat, or file management features.
Delivering push notifications and allowing users to configure notification modules.
Supporting real-time updates through secure WebSocket connections.
Saving selected company contact details to your phone contacts when you request it.
Preserving local preferences and temporary working data so the App can function properly.
If the Google Forms export option is enabled in the App configuration, scan records may be submitted to the configured Google Forms endpoint. The submitted data may include scanned code, station, employee name, scan type, GPS coordinates, and address. This feature is optional and depends on the configuration used by ACT Corporation or the authorized user.
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
Data is shared only as needed to provide the App's functionality:
ACT Corporation internal servers, including https://ams.vienthongact.vn and secure WebSocket services at wss://ams.vienthongact.vn/signal/.
ACT Corporation DMS/Nextcloud services at https://dms.vienthongact.vn for files, chat attachments, avatars, and document management.
Expo push notification services as a service provider to generate push tokens and deliver push notifications.
Google Forms only if the optional Google Forms export feature is enabled and configured.
The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
Data transmitted between the App and ACT Corporation services is protected using HTTPS/TLS or WSS.
Authentication tokens, device IDs, and DMS credentials are stored using secure device storage where supported.
Biometric login uses the device operating system's biometric authentication. ACT ONE does not collect or store fingerprint, Face ID, or biometric template data.
Photos saved to the device photo library are protected according to the security settings of the user's device.
Access to camera, location, photos, contacts, and notifications is requested through operating system permission prompts when the related feature is used.
ACT Corporation retains server-side data for as long as necessary for internal business operations, asset management, security, compliance, and legal requirements.
Local data such as cached scan lists, settings, selected photos, saved files, and photos in the "ACT ONE" album may remain on the device until the user deletes them, clears app data, logs out where applicable, or uninstalls the App.
Users may request deletion or correction of account-related data by contacting ACT Corporation using the contact information below. Some data may need to be retained where required for business, security, compliance, audit, or legal reasons.
ACT ONE is an internal enterprise application and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
