With this matter, the budget of this activity will be deducted to the Mathematics Department which is unfair because according to Ma’am Odessa Manguiat, the budget is allotted to the projects of the Mathematics Department. Addition to this, the struggles of the students while the competition is being held right at that time. 

According to Kristine Mae R. Pasia, the school paid 300 pesos each students to be able to compete. In total, the Mathematics Department spent more than 17,000 . Other than this, they did not pay anything personally and the Mathematics Department is the one responsible. 

With this budget. Mathematics Department can use it better to other projects that needs to be supported by financial assistance of the department. 

Malfunction of the computer, computers is not really working, not opening of the computer and refreshing resulting to lost the answers, loss and low access of internet connection, that’s why the coordinators told the participants that they should write there answers on a piece of paper for assuring that their answer is still the same. 

With this malfunction, a lot can go wrong specially because the server maybe be the main reason why they have been experiencing a lot of this malfunction except the computers that really not working. It’s maybe can’t the servers needs of access to the computer it self. 

The sever of the competition is malfunctioning because the server can’t handle the number of participants. 

In this matter, the limited capability of the server to welcome and authorize the participates cannot be measured, specially because the participates said it all.

In conclusion, they experience a lot of struggles and malfunctions before and while the competition is being held.

Probably the server reach the limit of it’s ability to be easy access. And the school really probably needs to update their gadgets and buy new ones as replacement.
