Located in the heart of Historic Hilton Village, in Newport News, VA, we are the Peninsula's Premier Women's Consignment Store. Act II is a mother-daughter (x3) family owned and operated business and we strive to make our customers feel like a member of the family. We pride ourselves in taking only new or gently worn, up to date, brand name, quality merchandise. Don't let out street view fool you, we have over 5,000 square feet of amazing merchandise, and get in new consignments each week. 

1. 15 items once per week.

2. Items must be cleaned, pressed, AND on hangers when they arrive.

3. Prices are set by our trained consignment team, but we are always willing to work with you on select items.

4. Items will be placed on a 60 day contract. The consignor gets 50% off all items that are sold during the contract period. The money goes directly on to the consignors account. A check will be mailed to each consignor after the contract period is complete OR the money can be used as store credit!

5. Items expire on the 60th day and the consignor does not receive money for items that sell after this time. 

6. Consignors should pick up any items that have not sold at no additional charge at this time OR they can let them filter through as donation.  

Items we do not accept:

-Wedding Dresses 

-Vintage Clothing or Accessories

-Altered Items

-Items with labels cut out/missing

-Handmade items
