Acroyoga Skill Tree is designed to help users learn acroyoga skills, explore progression paths, plan practice sessions, and track their progress.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Acroyoga Skill Tree does not require you to create an account.

The app does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or date of birth as part of normal app use.

2. Progress and App Preferences

The app stores information such as:

• Skills you have marked as practicing or mastered

• Practice attempts and personal bests

• Base and Flyer progress

• Your selected Base or Flyer role

• App settings and preferences

• Language preference

• Theme preference

• Onboarding and setup state

• Practice-session information

This information is stored locally on your device.

Acroyoga Skill Tree does not currently provide an account system or cloud synchronization for this data.

Removing the app or clearing its application data may permanently remove locally stored progress and settings.

3. Base and Flyer Progress

Acroyoga Skill Tree allows progress to be tracked independently for the Base and Flyer roles.

This information is used only to provide features such as skill availability, recommendations, progress statistics, practice sessions, and personalized progression within the app.

4. Support and Feedback

If you choose to contact support or provide feedback, the app may open your device's email application.

Any information you include in that email, including your email address and message contents, is provided voluntarily by you.

Your email provider and email application may process this information according to their own privacy policies.

We use information you send to us only to respond to your request, investigate problems, receive feedback, or improve the app.

5. App Store Reviews

The app may occasionally ask whether you would like to leave a review.

If you choose to submit a review, the review process is handled by the relevant app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The app store may process information associated with your review according to its own privacy policy.

6. Analytics and Advertising

Acroyoga Skill Tree does not currently use third-party advertising systems.

Acroyoga Skill Tree does not sell your personal information.

If analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, account systems, or cloud synchronization are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are used to process information in a materially different way.

7. Device and Platform Services

The app is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Those platforms, your operating system, and related infrastructure providers may independently process technical information such as device information, installation data, crash information, purchase information, or store usage data.

Such processing is controlled by those third parties and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Because normal skill progress and preferences are stored locally on your device, we do not receive or share that information with third parties as part of the app's normal operation.

Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until they are deleted.

The app provides controls that may allow you to reset progress or change stored preferences.

You can also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or using your operating system's application-data controls where available.

If you contact us by email, correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

Acroyoga Skill Tree is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children.

Because the app does not require an account and normal progress data remains locally on the device, we do not intentionally receive personal information about a user's age through ordinary use of the app.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of physical acroyoga activities where appropriate.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures when designing the app to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of personal information.

However, no device, software system, storage method, or electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. International Users

Acroyoga Skill Tree may be available internationally.

Where privacy laws provide you with specific rights relating to personal information we hold about you, you may contact us to exercise those rights.

Because most app progress is stored locally and is not transmitted to us, we may not possess any personal information associated with your use of the app.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, when legal requirements change, or when new features affect how information is processed.

When the policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this document will also be updated.

Continued use of the app after an updated policy becomes effective means the new policy applies to future use of the app.
