From Sound pressure level in dB to psychoacoustics analysis and accelerometer spectrogram, Acoustic Pocket provides intuitive and high quality analysis everywhere you go. You can download the app in the following link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.companyname.AcousticPocket
Do your measurements with different time weightings (impulse, fast, slow and Leq) as well as different frequency weightings (A,B,C,Z). There's also the possibility to record the result with an always on display.
Calculate the room impulse response with either a impulsive noise or an exponential sweep (requires external loudspeaker) and obtain important room parameters: EDT, T20, T30, C50, C80, D50 and D80, all calculated as recommended by ISO 3382-1. It is also possible to cut the IR and use it to correct the cell phone frequency response (Unprocessed mic source is a requirement for a better functioning).
See the time-frequency response of the surround sounds with various levels of FFT window size, overlap and peak identification. It is also possible to record the results, load .wav files from storage, take high definitions (1280 x 720 px) images from only the plot and save it in the internal folder as a .pdf file.
The spectogram can also be used in the accelerometer data in any direction. The sample rate goes as fast as possible depending of the used cell phone. They range normally from 100 Hz to 500 Hz.
The octave bands are also available ranging from 1/1 to 1/24 octave bands, with max hold, time and frequency weighting. Results can be exported as .csv files.
Besides the octave bands, Acoustic Pocket can also calculate loudness values in the Bark scale according to the algorithm given by DIN 45631/A1.
