CASTOR SANDERSON
Castor is believed to have been conceived like his cousin Lyra over three hundred years ago. Though his cousin is really his paternal sister. Suspecting Sarah and Billy were having an affair used a spell from the book to disgusie herself as Sarah to go visit Billy. This led to Winifred sleeping with Billy under the guise of her sister Sarah.
She fell pregnant with Castor that night, and when they were resurrected for the isle, both sisters pregnancies became apparent. Sarah realising what had happened pretended to have gotten pregnant on the Isle not wanting her baby to get hurt. Castor was born a couple of weeks after Lyra, who Sarah pretended was premature.
Castor is a lot like his mother with his cruelty and intelligence, but his aunts have helped keep him grounded so that he isn't completely like his mother and while his mom is still unaware that Lyra is his half sister, Castor is aware after Yen Sid did a geneology experiment at school - something which caused a lot of problems that year so was never done again on the Isle.
