This is a computer short course lasting about 6 months that focus on the basics of computer operations like creating powerful spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, writing effective CV and Resume using Microsoft Word, and designing attractive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
This is a 1-year course designed to train caregivers with the knowledge and skills to provide effective care to elderly, child, or with a special needs. The course is taught by qualified healthcare experienced professionals. The course comprises lectures, interactive case studies and Q&A sessions, quizzes, face-to-face role plays and practical skills assessments as well as a final assignment to ensure participants are competent to provide home care after completing the course.
This a 10-month interactive course which covers the fundamental skills all call-center agents should be able to demonstrate with ease. While artificial intelligence can handle a vast number of customer concerns, many calls still require the assistance of a living and breathing call-center agent. The skills that a person possesses can mean the difference between a successful interaction and a caller who is less than satisfied.
This a 4-month course focusing on Writing, Speaking, Listening and Reading skills. These skills are needed for students to achieve a suitable IELTS band level and succeed in an academic environment.
