Achyuta Logistics Driver App is a driver management and logistics application used to manage deliveries, shipments, expenses, proof of delivery, and live trip tracking.
The app may collect:
Driver name, mobile/email and login information
Vehicle and shipment information
Location information for live trip and delivery tracking
Photos uploaded for proof of delivery or expense documents
Expense information
Device and technical information required for app functionality
We use this information to:
Manage driver assignments and deliveries
Provide live trip/location tracking
Show shipment routes, distance and ETA
Process proof of delivery and expenses
Send important delivery and assignment notifications
Maintain and improve app security and functionality
The app may use precise location while a driver is performing an active trip or delivery. If background location is enabled, location may also be collected when the app is not actively displayed in order to maintain live trip tracking.
Location information is used for logistics and delivery operations and is not used for advertising.
Information may be shared with authorized logistics/company personnel and service providers when necessary to provide the app's services, or when required by law.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We take reasonable measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Information is retained only as long as necessary for business, operational, legal, or security purposes. Users may contact us to request information about deletion of their account or personal data, subject to applicable requirements.
This application is intended for use by drivers and is not directed toward children.
