1. Information Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or store any information through the app itself. The app operates entirely locally on your device without accessing the internet or sharing data.

We only collect personal information when you voluntarily contact us directly via:

• Email: Email address, message content, subject, and any attachments.

• Google Forms: Any information you submit through the form (including name, email, and message)

2. How We Use Your Information

Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide support. We do not use this information for any other purpose.

3. Third-Party Services: Google Forms & Google Sites

When you submit information via Google Forms, your data is processed by Google. This means:

• Google may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, and timestamps

• Google's own privacy policy governs this data collection

• We do not control what data Google collects when you use their services

4. Third-Party Services: Proton (Proton Mail)

When you email us, your email data is processed by Proton servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information and message content only as long as necessary to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide support

• Track, investigate, and resolve bugs or issues

• For routine inquiries, we typically retain data for 90 days. For bug reports or technical issues, we may retain relevant information for up to 2 years to track resolution and prevent recurrence. This data is not used for any other purpose and is never shared with third parties. 

• Extended retention: Certain communications may be retained longer if necessary for unresolved issues, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes. When possible, we will anonymize data that is kept beyond standard retention periods.

6. Anonymous data for improvement

• Bug reports, technical issue descriptions, and feature request may be stored long-term for product improvement, but are stripped of all personally identifiable information before storage. This anonymized data cannot be linked back to individual users.

6. Your Rights

You may request to view or delete any personal information you've submitted by contacting us directly. Keep in mind once the personal information has been deleted(by us or by you) we can no longer give you this information as we no longer have access to it.
