What data we collect?
ACGD collects the following data at the moment:
ACGD does not directly collect data from you, it integrates third-party software into their videogames that collect data and allow ACGD to access it for consultation.
The data collected by these third parties to which ACGD has access are: model of the device used, version of the operative system, latency of the device used during the use of our games, user behavior during each game session, year of birth, type of Internet connection, from which part of the world you access, gender, device language and age.
These third parties allow ACGD through their platforms to view graphs and statistics with total values of this data. ACGD can’t access to see the data of any specific user or does not have any method to obtaining personal information about you or to link any obtained data with a specific person.

You provide most of the data that ACGD collects through your use of their videogames.

ACGD does not store your data, your data is collected and stored by third parties and ACGD can access them for consultation through its platforms.

For this reason, even if you exercise any of your rights, ACGD has no way of knowing what your data is, or even knowing if it has data from you, it could only give you a more detailed explanation of how the data is collected, how it uses it and show you examples of the graphs and statistics that ACGD can access.
