Our team includes specialists in admissions advising, essays, scholarships, financial aid, and test prep. Inside the group, parents can post their specific questions — from essay feedback to scholarship searches — and receive personalized answers directly from our experts. We also host monthly webinars to dive deeper into key topics. It’s the quality of one-on-one guidance, but at a fraction of the cost, because you benefit from expert support in a group setting.

Is this one-on-one advising?

Not exactly. All questions are asked and answered within the private group so everyone benefits from the responses. However, our experts provide detailed, personalized answers — giving you the feel of one-on-one guidance at a more affordable cost.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel whenever you’d like, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

No, all payments are non-refundable, including partial months. You can cancel future charges at any time.

Is my student allowed to join?

The ACE Network is designed for parents, but you are welcome to share insights and strategies with your student.
