IX.C.1. List those programs and/or courses currently offered for which certification and/or licensing are available through or required by private associations, companies, or governmental agencies.
Response: HCT is under TVTC which has full authority from the state for licensing any program that it intends to offer and it deems needed by the labor market.
It must be noted for any new program launched at any of TVTC institutes, there is some arrangement that should be taken with the Civil Services Ministry in order to classify a program to a certain job accordingly.
