Response: System of admission, registration, absence, marks and graduation consists of these reports and screens. Each competent in the training unit will be given a permission to access these reports according to specialization including the training guide.

VIII.C.2. Describe how assessment standards and results are communicated to students in a timely and informative manner. Response: Trainee can obtain his data and results electronically by accessing his own account and printing the results of each training semester. When the trainee tumbled during the training, the task of the training guide is to control, follow up and identify the training table adequate for his abilities

VIII.C.3. How does the institution ensure that the overall assessment system is consistently implemented by all faculty?
Response: The concerned directorate in the corporation is the directorate of training assessment, They make visits and tours to control and follow up the implementation of the continuous assessment mechanism. Assessment methods varies from practical, oral or written tests, or small projects. Trainer must vary these tests and take into account the attendance percentage of the trainee and his constant in the training and commitment to the uniform and his personal and mental behavior and his participation in the training and respect his trainees classmates as well as respect of persons who engaged in the training process. VIII.C.4. Are transcripts issued upon request, and at what cost to students?
Response: Yes, training records are issued for all trainees automatically when required and for free. Also, a final record for the training record is issued after completing and register the results of all trainees. This records can be obtained in both Arabic and English whenever it is required.
