If a student fails to meet the minimum benchmarks for attendance performance, what are the ramifications (e.g. probationary status, repetition of a course(s), or termination)? Response: Based on what is mentioned in the Excutive Instructions for technology colleges minimum requirement for attendance is not less than 80% of contact hours for each course.
If a trainee absence is more than 20% of the total contact hours, he will be barred, and he can register the course other times until passing, because it is a pre- requisite and approved in its training plan.

VIII.B.3. How is student attendance and punctuality recorded in the classroom? How, when, and by whom is this information collected and documented in students’ permanent records?
Response: Authority is granted to the registers who are responsible for trainees in the admission and registration system by the specialists in the corporation. This is to register the attendance and the regularity of the trainees by the trainer at the beginning of each lecture with an electronic form of attendance and absence, and at the end of the lecture, it is discharged in the electronic admission and registration by the trainer of the course. He is granted the power to access the attendance and absence report..
