Response: A trainee is regularly assessed using various assessment methods; such as written and oral tests, observation, projects, simulation, practicum performance and reports.

VIII.A.2. Describe how the institution ensures that all faculty consistently adhere to the institution's assessment system and grading policies.
Response: Head of department submits a full written report to the vice dean by the end of training year regarding training and developmental activities in his department. After making sure of applying the rules in the procedural trainer guide, the head of the department administrates related follow-up of trainers and how they follow training plans efficiently and effectively and do the following tasks:
1. Development of quarterly and annual training tables in coordination with other heads of departments and follow up their implementation.
2. Schedule training tables and update trainers data continually.
3. Follow-up trainers and performance and perform supervisory visits and provide support and advice to help them implement the training programs correctly.
4. Follow-up of the new trainers and evaluate them during the experiment.
5. Develop and sponsor talented trainers and trainees, and encourage creative ideas and initiatives, and dissemination of modern training methods in specialization and encourage existing ones.
6. Motivating human relations between trainers in the department continuously.
7. Follow-up to the evaluation of trainees according TVTC regulations to ensure proper conduct of the proceedings and the fairness of the results.
8. Supervision of trainees during the period of cooperative training and assessment.
