The institution establishes broad goals that support the institution’s mission and are consistent with the Principles of Ethics for ACCET Institutions. These goals guide the operation of the institution, including admissions, finances, education and training, management, and student services.

Identify the broad goals of the institution which: (a) support the mission and (b) guide key operational areas such as admissions, finances, enrollment, education/training, management, and student services. NOTE: Broad, overarching institutional goals should be similar to those identified in ACCET Document 1.1 - Principles of Ethics for ACCET Institutions and are different than the specific and measurable objectives included in the institution’s one-year and longer-range plans described under Standard I–C Planning. (See Document 1.1.)
RESPONSE:
1. Maximize the number of trainees in technical and vocational training to contribute to sustainable development.
2. Create a stimulating and safe environment for work and training in technical college in a department that cares about the trainer and the trainee.
3. Increase awareness of the importance of work in the technical and professional fields in society, and enhance the positive mental image and improve the social vision of the college.
4. Building strategic partnerships with the public and private sector in Hail to implement the college programs.
5. Provide training programs of quality and efficiency that qualify graduates to obtain the appropriate job or the exercise of self-employment.
6. Qualifying and developing the national manpower in the technical and professional fields according to the requirements of the labor market and in line with the technical and cognitive development.
7. Documenting the relationship and integration with the national educational and training institutions.
8. Expanding the areas of advanced training in support of national plans.

RESPONSE:
The objectives of the institute are to ensure compliance with the quality of implementation, adequacy and flexibility. In addition to that, promote and nurture ethics and good business behavior. Moreover, developing the pride of belonging to the professional technical community and raising the culture of team work. Increasing the idea of self-assessment at all levels as well.
3. Describe the process by which institutional goals were developed, who participated in their development, and how they are periodically re-evaluated for continued relevance to the institution’s mission.
RESPONSE: this process used to promote HCT’s strategic plan and objectives by distribution surveys to public and private sectors in order to assess the college’s outputs. These surveys were distributed to the faculty members for both trainers and administrators. In addition, preparing the strategic plan annually in which to assess and evaluate the goals. RESPONSE:
HCT discuss its mission in the first two meetings for the sake of fully understanding it. The HCT board involves the dean of the college, his vices deans, the financial administration management, and the heads of the departments. Moreover, it is published on the website and displayed through the building’s monitors in which to be seen from all faculty members and trainees. On the same vain, posters as well as banners are shown in the campus in order to be familiar to the staff and trainees.
