Answer:
Technical majors are designed based on NOSS rules. If the skills need to be changed, the technical major will be updated according to the new skills.
Also, technical majors are developed based on remarks and suggestions coming to Directorate General for Curricula Design & Development from the trainers via the CDD official website.
A unified training plan will be distributed via Blackboard to the trainees during the first two weeks of the semester. The trainers must explain in detail the unified plan to the trainees.

The HCT trainers distribute lesson plan and syllabus according to plan as published on the website of the Directorate General for Curricula Design &Development,

At the beginning of each semester, the trainers must distribute the study plans to the trainees via Blackboard. The trainers also should distribute course details according to the trainee guide.

TVTC makes the courses materials available on its website. Printed copies of the materials are also providing at the photocopy center in the HCT. In some cases, training packages (such as English Language Books) are provided at subsidized discounted prices for the trainees.
There are some technical majors are trained through e-learning based on ready-made and approved training packages like (CISCO courses). The trainees log in using their own log in data.

HCT follows the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation way for choosing the primary and supplementary text which depend on three main sources for training packages.
1- Home-designed training packages based on approved course details and built in accordance to training package preparation guide. The guide is approved by TVTC Directorate General for Curricula Design and Development.
2- Training packages could be assigned by a special committee through looking for a number of ready-made books.
3- Electronic books provided joint agreements with external parties such as CISCO, ORACLE and MICROSOFT Academies.
For all mentioned sources above, training syllabus is determined according to specified skills derived from NOSS.

HCT has a strict regulation which warns regularly against all pirated materials and prohibits any use of pirated copies of books, software or references, and also this is a rule from a TVTC.
