Training organizations, government and private, are contacted in order to provide work opportunities before the beginning of the academic semester. The graduate affairs department of the HCT doesn't delay training programs.
There are no rules or regulations that ensure opportunities offered by outside institutions. On the other hand, it is only through contacts to offer such opportunities at the beginning of every training semester based on a form indicating the training institutions' agreement to train the trainees, specifying the required number.
Upon agreement of the training institutions, the number of competent trainees is determined and distributed among the various training institutions already been defined to host them. Certain procedures were taken into consideration with regard to those who are late to attend the training, henceforth urge them to rush for joining the cooperative training program.
The procedure for following up the progress of the trainees is done through field visit in their training location.
