Answer:
HCT has seven departments which includes thirteen majors. All the majors offered by the college are among those developed by TVTC Directorate General for Curricula Design and Development

Answer:
All the training plan offered by HCT is part of the one that designed by Directorate General for Curricula Design & Development in the TVTC. The training plan is developed to fulfill the National Occupational Skill Standards of the occupation (NOSS).

Answer:
A training plan in the HCT is developed by TVTC according to the National Occupational Skill Standard of the occupation (NOSS). Also, the curriculum for all departments follow all the skills that NOSS, and detailed objectives of the program are derived from the duties of the NOSS.
In addition, the main reason that HCT doesn't want to change these majors because they are suitable for what the private sector needed. However, there are some majors will be available very soon such as computer security in the computer technology department.

IV.A.5. How does the institution communicate the educational performance objectives for each course (as defined in IV-A 2) to students?
Answer:
At the beginning of each semester, the trainers must hand over the training plan to the trainees in the classes or electronically via Blackboard in order to save the environment.
In addition, a printed copy of the training plane should be available at the photocopy center in the college and on the HCT website.

IV.A.6. Indicate whether or not the institution offers stand-alone courses for professional development or other avocational purposes. Are these stand-alone courses components of longer, approved, vocational programs? If no, are all stand-alone courses individually approved by the state, as applicable, and by ACCET?
Answer:
HCT offers programs and stand-alone courses for professional development and they are components of longer approved vocational programs by the Ministry of Civil Service.
IV.A.7. For an institution measuring program(s) in credit hours, attach a copy of the institution’s policies and procedures for determining credit hours that the institution awards for its program(s) and the institution’s definition of the clock hour-to-credit hour conversion to be utilized for academic purposes and for financial aid purposes.
Answer:
Only TVTC has the control for doing this process. However, HCT reports some memo to TVTC if any need to change the credit hours or clock hour.
IV.A.8. For each program measured in credit hours for federal financial aid purposes, based on work outside of class:
a. Complete and attach ACCET Document 25.9a - Clock Hour and Credit Hour Breakdown for Financial Aid Purposes – By Program and Course.
b. Attach a syllabus (and curricular materials as necessary) for one course in each program documenting work outside of class such as homework and indicating an approximation of the time required for students to complete the assignments. (At the time of the on-site examination visit, the team may review the syllabi and curricular materials for additional courses within each program.)
c. Attach documented evidence for one course in each program that the evaluation of homework or work outside of class is identified as a grading criterion and weighted appropriately in the determination of a final grade for each course or module.
