The English Access Microscholarship Program (Access) provides a foundation of English language skills to bright, economically disadvantaged students, primarily between the ages of 13 to 20, in their home countries. Access programs give participants English skills that may lead to better jobs and educational prospects. Participants also gain the ability to compete for and participate in future exchanges and study in the United States.

Since its inception in 2004, approximately 150,000 students in more than 80 countries have participated in the Access Program.

Each year, FAS announces the MAP application period and criteria on its website and via Grants.gov. Applicants apply for MAP through the Unified Export Strategy (UES) process, which allows eligible organizations to request funding from multiple USDA market development programs through a single, strategically coordinated proposal. FAS reviews the proposals and awards funds to applicants that demonstrate the potential for effective performance based on a clear, long-term strategic plan.

The ACCESS Program at the University of Washington allows Washington state residents aged 60 and older to audit one or two university courses per quarter on a space-available basis. The program is a great opportunity to take full advantage of the extraordinary resources of the campus, the outstanding faculty, and the diverse student population.

ACCESS students may create a UW NetID. This optional service is a username which allows registered students login access to certain computers on campus & web resources and establish a UW email account. Some courses which use Canvas for class readings will require UW NetID access. Students may reset a forgotten UW NetID password by visiting UW NetID Recovery. UW-IT administers services related to UW NetIDs.

DOJ assumes responsibility for granting network access, extending the model used by federal agencies to Tribes. DOJ ensures personnel, IT, and physical security; vetting and on-boarding; testing; training; and auditing.

The Global Access Program (GAP) is designed to enhance the capability of small to mid-sized Pennsylvania companies to increase export sales. GAP is administered by the Pennsylvania Office of International Business Development (OIBD) and provides up to $10,000 per award period to qualifying Pennsylvania companies to reimburse up to 75% of eligible expenses associated with specific export promotion activities. The program is funded in part through a federal grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The Universal Access Program ensures equal access to outdoor recreation in Massachusetts state parks. We're always working to improve and update our sites and buildings for you to visit. We also have specialized recreation equipment for you to use at beaches and skating rinks. And, we offer year-round adaptive recreation programs.

The Tennessee Technology Access Program (TTAP) is a statewide program designed to increase access to, and acquisition of, assistive technology devices and services. Through its four core programs: Funding Assistance, Device Demonstration, Device Loan and Device Reutilization, TTAP and a network of assistive technology centers help people with disabilities and their families find and get the tools that they need to live independent, productive lives where and how they choose.

The ACCESS Program is an initiative to help tenured, tenure-track, and senior non-ladder faculty meet their family care-giving needs while succeeding in their academic careers. The program is open to parents of children under age 13 who are benefits-eligible faculty on a regular Harvard payroll in the following ranks: Assistant, Associate, and full Professors, Assistant, Associate, and full Professors in/of Practice, Assistant and full Clinical Professors of Law, Senior Lecturers, Associate Senior Lecturers, and Senior Preceptors .

Scholarship program component. Subsidies with base awards ranging from $4,000 to $24,000 (subject to required tax withholding) are available to ACCESS-eligible faculty and who, in addition, have a gross household income of less than $250,000. These scholarships are portable and do not have to be used in conjunction with campus child care centers. The next application cycle for the ACCESS child care scholarship program will be available online via PeopleSoft July 12 to July 26, 2023 for currently employed eligible faculty who expect to have child care expenses before June 30, 2024. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) (formerly Food Stamps) helps low-income people and families buy the food they need for good health. The program is managed by the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of the United States Department of Agriculture. The Department of Human Services administers the program in Illinois.

A Special Access Program is established for a specific class of classified information that imposes safeguarding and access requirements that exceed those normally required for information at the same classification level. The Federal Lands Access Program (Access Program) was established in 23 U.S.C. 204 to improve transportation facilities that provide access to, are adjacent to, or are located within Federal lands. The Access Program supplements State and local resources for public roads, transit systems, and other transportation facilities, with an emphasis on high-use recreation sites and economic generators.

The Turkey Hunting Access Program (THAP) provides financial incentives to private landowners who allow hunters to access their property. Spring turkey hunting is the only activity allowed on THAP properties. Hunters do not need landowner permission to access THAP properties. The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) offers access to criminal and civil court data in all 100 North Carolina counties through its Remote Public Access Program (RPA). RPA licensees have access to statewide data using NCAOC's RPA Legacy and RPA Cloud systems.

Statutory AuthorityThe North Carolina General Assembly has authorized the NCAOC to enter into non-exclusive contracts with third parties to facilitate remote electronic access to court records by the public. Payments made pursuant to these contracts are deposited in the Court Information Technology Fund to be used for court information technology and office automation needs within the Judicial Branch. While fighting COVID-19 remains a key public health priority for the Administration, ensuring that all Americans have continued, easy access to COVID-19 vaccinations and treatments, regardless of insurance status, is critical to that goal. Partners across the United States government (USG) have been developing commercialization transition plans to ensure a smooth transition for the provision of COVID-19 vaccines and treatments from the purchase and distribution by the USG to traditional health care pathways.

To address this need, VMAP does two things. First, VMAP gives primary care providers expert training and resources to better serve the children and young adults in their care with mental health needs with year-round education opportunities. Then, VMAP gives physicians access to on-call child and adolescent psychiatrists and licensed behavioral health professionals through our VMAP Line, which accepts calls 40 hours a week.
