Safety Features
The Sawstop CNS175-SFA30 is equipped with the Stopsaw safety system that stops the saw blade if it comes in contact with skin. The way this safety mechanism works is by detecting the small electrical charge in the blade when skin (or any highly conductive object) comes in contact with the blade and promptly ejecting the breaking cartridge into the spinning blade and pulling the blade below the table simultaneously.
