ACB Organization Members who are eligible are invited to apply to perform at the Convention.

Membership dues are current for 2026
Promise to retain membership in 2027
The band must have the ACB Blanket Performance License or show proof of covering the performance fees elsewise.
The application will be available until July 15, 2026.
The application is an online application that must be completed by the Band's ACB account. No submissions by mail are possible. If you need help with your online account, please reach out to Sarah McElfresh, webmaster@acbands.org
The online application must be completed in one sitting.
The selection committee will use an anonymous “blind” audition process.
The Band will be notified by September 1, 2026, as to the results of the application process.
The ACB will make every reasonable effort to consider your preferences for your performance date, but you must agree to accept the performance time that is offered. Concerts will be in afternoon and evening time slots.
Selected Bands must have the ACB Blanket Performance License or show other proof of covering the performance fees.
Each concert will be 45 minutes including performance and announcements.
Standard percussion equipment will be provided.

One selection must be a march.
Selections should not exceed a maximum of 30 minutes total for all selections.
The band’s name should not appear in the file name or in any audio. Please provide a title only in the name of each file.
No YouTube or other links will be accepted
Optional: Anonymized Sample Programs (PDF, Word, JPG, or PNG) from the past two (2) years. This should be only the listing of music performed on each concert with no identifying information (ie. not what was handed out to audiences, no conductors or soloists, only the Title and Composer/Arranger for each concert.)
