If you want a dedicated, high-speed charging cable specifically engineered for the latest wireless earbuds and smartphones to ensure safety and fast power delivery during long work sessions, choose Abysssea Airpods Pro 2nd/3rd; if you need a versatile adapter that lets you listen to music on two devices simultaneously while your phone charges at full speed, choose Vcddom USB C.
• Abysssea Airpods Pro 2nd/3rd: The standout strength is its robust 20W power delivery and MFi-certified safety features designed to protect expensive audio gear like AirPods Pro and iPhone models; the trade-off is that it is strictly a charging accessory with no audio output capabilities or multi-device splitting.
• Vcddom USB C: Its biggest advantage is the unique 3-in-1 design offering dual 3.5mm headphone jacks for sharing audio plus a 60W PD charging port, making it ideal for travel and shared listening experiences; however, it requires an external wall charger to reach those speeds and serves as an intermediary dongle rather than a primary power source.
• Who should buy which: Choose the Abysssea cable if your priority is maintaining the health of your specific Apple ecosystem devices with a durable, woven connection, whereas the Vcddom unit is the superior choice for commuters, parents traveling with kids, or anyone who still relies on wired headphones and needs to charge their device without interruption.
The Abysssea Airpods Pro 2nd/3rd cable is built for the user who treats their charging setup as a critical part of their daily routine, particularly when managing multiple high-value devices. This isn't just a generic wire; it is constructed with a woven outer material that suggests durability against the wear and tear of being tossed into a bag or pocket repeatedly.
For professionals who rely on ear clip headphones for meetings or deep bass wireless headsets for focus, this cable offers peace of mind through its MFi certified chip. That certification implies a level of communication between the cable and the device that regulates voltage and current automatically. In practical terms, this means you can plug in your device overnight or leave it connected while working without worrying about the heat or electrical spikes that can degrade battery life over time. The inclusion of 480 Mbps/s data transfer capability further cements its role as a premium accessory for those who might also sync data alongside charging.
However, this product is not for everyone. If you are looking for a solution that allows you to listen to music while charging, or if you have older devices with different connector types, this cable will not serve your needs. It is a single-purpose tool optimized for USB-C to USB-C connections. You would skip this item if your workflow involves sharing audio with a partner or child via separate wired headphones, as it lacks any audio output jacks. It is purely a power conduit, designed to be safe, efficient, and compatible with the specific list of Apple and USB-C devices mentioned in its specifications.

The Vcddom USB C adapter targets a very specific, often overlooked demographic: people who refuse to abandon wired audio or need to share media in a digital-only world. The core value proposition here is the ability to do three things at once: charge your phone, listen to audio, and let someone else listen simultaneously. With two 3.5mm headphone jacks, this device transforms a single phone into a dual-output station. Imagine a parent trying to watch a movie on a tablet or phone during a flight while two children wear separate wired headphones; the Vcddom makes this possible without needing two phones or complex Bluetooth setups.
Beyond the dual jacks, the 60W Power Delivery (PD 3.0) support is a significant feature for heavy users. This is crucial for travelers who might be using a laptop charger to top up their phone quickly. The inclusion of a DAC chip supporting 24-bit/96kHz stereo quality suggests that this adapter does not merely pass through audio but actively processes it to maintain Hi-Res fidelity. For those seeking the best touch control open ear headphones experience or simply wanting crystal clear sound for movies and calls, the noise reduction technology mentioned in the description promises a cleaner signal path compared to standard adapters.
This product is less about raw charging speed alone and more about versatility and compatibility across ecosystems. It works with a vast array of Android devices, including Samsung Galaxy S-series, Google Pixel, and even older MacBooks, as well as the latest iPhones. If you find yourself constantly swapping cables or dealing with the frustration of a single port handling both audio and power, this adapter solves that friction. However, it is important to note that to achieve the full 60W charging speed, you must use a compatible PD wall charger; the adapter itself facilitates the flow but doesn't generate the power. It is an excellent bridge for anyone bridging the gap between legacy wired audio and modern USB-C charging standards.

In my opinion, if I were setting up my desk for a day of virtual meetings and needed to keep my wireless earbuds running all day, I would grab the Abysssea Airpods Pro 2nd/3rd cable. The peace of mind provided by the MFi certification and the 20W fast-charging capability is essential when you cannot afford downtime. However, for my personal travel kit, I would choose the Vcddom USB C. The ability to charge my phone while listening to a podcast and letting my spouse listen to the same audio on their own wired buds is a feature I haven't found elsewhere. Ultimately, the Abysssea is the safer, more specialized investment for your tech gear, while the Vcddom is the smarter utility tool for getting through a long journey without fighting over a single port.
Yes, the Abysssea cable supports USB-C to USB-C connections and is listed as compatible with various iPhone models, but it is primarily optimized for the Apple ecosystem, specifically AirPods Pro and newer iPhones.
Absolutely. The Vcddom adapter features a dedicated USB-C charging port alongside two 3.5mm audio jacks, allowing you to charge your device while playing audio through wired headphones.
According to the specifications, it includes a DAC chip that supports 24-bit/96kHz stereo output and noise reduction technology, which is designed to provide clearer sound than basic passive adapters.
To achieve the full 60W fast-charging speed, the manufacturer recommends using a PD wall charger; standard chargers may result in slower charging speeds despite the adapter's capability.
