Abu Rayhan is a Faculty lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at R. P. Shaha University. He is a research enthusiast with expertise in semiconductor Materials. His Research Interests are perovskite solar cells, Thin Film solar cells, Semiconductor defect analysis, Integrating Artificial Intelligence to improve semiconductor performance on solar cells, and overall performance enhancement—his academic journey, started with a B.Sc. Engg. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the field.
He is also working as a Research Assistant at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University. His Research has allowed him to delve into materials performance analysis where he has developed a strong foundation and produced work. He has published a Research Article as a First Author in a Scopus Indexed Journal and Another co-authored journal is Accepted for publication. Recently, he finished several research projects based on semiconductor solar cells.
Beyond research, he is dedicated to University collaboration, He has secured a University Grant for the year 2022 for his extraordinary idea of making an Artificial Intelligence Bionic prosthetic hand with a sense of touch, which has reinforced his commitment to academic growth.
