تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق «أبو الخردة» (com.abuelkhorda.app)، وهو سوق ضمن Work Lab لعرض الخردة والأجهزة المستعملة والتواصل بين البائعين والمشترين. لا تنطبق تلقائيًا على تطبيقات Work Lab الأخرى.
عند إنشاء حساب نجمع البريد الإلكتروني والاسم والمدينة، ورقم الهاتف إذا أضفته. تُخزَّن كلمة المرور بصورة مجزأة لا كنص واضح.
عند استخدام السوق نعالج عنوان الإعلان ووصفه وتصنيفه وحالته وسعره وموقعه الذي تدخله وصوره، والعروض والرسائل وتأكيدات الطلبات.
قد تُسجَّل بيانات تقنية لازمة للأمان والتشغيل مثل عنوان IP ومعلومات الجهاز أو المتصفح وسجلات الطلبات والجلسات.
نرفع فقط الصور التي تختارها أو تلتقطها للإعلان، وليس مكتبة صورك كاملة. يُدخل المستخدم موقع الإعلان يدويًا، ولا تستخدم وظائف السوق الحالية GPS أو تسجيل الصوت.
نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه وتأمينه، ونشر الإعلانات ومراجعتها، وتمكين البحث والتواصل والعروض والطلبات، وإرسال رسائل الخدمة مثل التحقق من البريد الإلكتروني وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور.
كما نستخدمها لمنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، وحل الأعطال، وتقديم الدعم، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.
لا نعالج المدفوعات داخل التطبيق حاليًا، ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية للمعلنين.
قد يرى مستخدمو السوق الإعلانات وصورها وأسعارها ومناطقها ومعلومات البائع الظاهرة فيها.
تظهر الرسائل والعروض وتفاصيل الطلب لأطراف المحادثة، وللمشرفين المخولين عند الحاجة للمراجعة أو الدعم.
التسجيل وحده لا ينشر بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك.
نستعين بمزودي خدمات لاستضافة الـAPI وقاعدة البيانات، وCloudflare R2 لتخزين الصور، ومزود البريد الإلكتروني لإرسال رسائل الحساب.
وقد نفصح عن بيانات محددة إذا أوجب القانون ذلك أو إذا كان الإفصاح ضروريًا لحماية المستخدمين أو الخدمة.
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دامت لازمة لتشغيل الحساب والمعاملات، أو لأغراض السلامة، أو الالتزامات القانونية، أو حل النزاعات.
عند حذف إعلان نحاول إزالة صوره من Cloudflare R2، لكن قد تبقى بعض النسخ الاحتياطية أو السجلات لفترة لازمة.
طلب حذف الحساب يعطل الحساب ويلغي جلساته فورًا، لكنه لا يمحو تلقائيًا جميع سجلات الإعلانات أو المحادثات أو الطلبات إذا كان الاحتفاظ بها ضروريًا لأسباب تشغيلية أو قانونية.
نستخدم HTTPS وضوابط وصول وتخزينًا آمنًا لجلسات الهاتف، ولكن لا يوجد نظام إلكتروني آمن بنسبة 100%.
يمكنك تعديل ملفك الشخصي وإعلاناتك، وحذف الإعلان عندما تسمح حالته بذلك، وطلب حذف الحساب من قسم «حسابي».
لطلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف البيانات القابلة للحذف، يمكنك التواصل معنا. سنتحقق من هويتك ونوضح أي بيانات يتعين الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية أو تشغيلية.
يمكنك رفض إذن الوصول إلى الصور أو الكاميرا، ولكن لن تتمكن من إضافة الصور إلى الإعلانات في هذه الحالة.

This policy applies to the Abu Elkhorda app (com.abuelkhorda.app), a Work Lab marketplace for scrap and used items where buyers and sellers can connect. It does not automatically apply to other Work Lab applications.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, city, and phone number if you choose to provide one. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than plain text.
When you use the marketplace, we process information such as listing titles, descriptions, categories, condition, prices, manually entered locations, photos, offers, messages, and order confirmations.
Technical information required for security and operation may also be recorded, including IP address, device or browser information, request logs, and session records.
We upload only the photos you select or take for a listing, not your entire photo library. Listing locations are entered manually by users. Current marketplace features do not use GPS or audio recording.
We use your information to create, verify, and secure accounts; publish and moderate listings; enable search, communication, offers, and orders; and send service emails such as email verification and password reset messages.
We may also use data to prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical problems, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not currently process in-app payments or sell your personal information to advertisers.
Marketplace users may see listings, photos, prices, areas, and seller information displayed within a listing.
Messages, offers, and order details may be accessible to the parties involved and to authorized moderators when necessary for moderation or support.
Creating an account does not automatically make your email address or phone number public.
We use service providers for API and database hosting, Cloudflare R2 for image storage, and an email provider for account-related communications.
Limited information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the platform, or the service.
We retain information for as long as necessary to operate accounts and transactions, maintain safety, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes.
When a listing is deleted, we attempt to remove its associated images from Cloudflare R2. However, necessary backups or technical logs may remain for a limited period.
Requesting account deletion immediately disables the account and revokes active sessions, but it may not automatically erase all listing, conversation, or order records when retention is required for operational or legal purposes.
We use HTTPS, access controls, and secure on-device session storage. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can edit your profile and listings, delete eligible listings, and request account deletion through the My Account section.
You may contact us to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of eligible data. We may verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained for legal or operational reasons.
You may deny photo or camera permissions, but photo upload functionality will not be available in that case.
The app is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy when application features or service providers change. Updated versions will be published here and, when appropriate, within the application.
