The app does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, or location.

The app may collect the following limited data:

a) User-created playlist data

When a user chooses to share a playlist, the playlist information is transmitted to the app’s backend to enable playlist sharing with other users.

b) App-generated identifier

A randomly generated, app-scoped identifier is created on first launch and used solely for app functionality such as playlist sharing and rate limiting.

This identifier is not linked to any personal information and is regenerated if the app data is cleared.

c) Local-only theme data

The app allows users to create custom themes and export or import them as JSON files.

These files are stored and managed entirely on the user’s device and are not transmitted to the developer or stored on any server.

2. How We Use the Information

The limited data collected is used only to:

• Enable core app functionality such as playlist sharing

• Prevent abuse and spam through rate limiting

• The app does not use data for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

The app does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

All collected data is used solely to provide app functionality.

4. Data Retention

User-created playlist data and app-generated identifiers are automatically deleted within 90 days.

If a user updates and re-shares a playlist, the retention period is reset from the time of re-sharing.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and its backend is encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS connections.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is suitable for all age groups and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. External Links

The app may include links to external websites or services such as YouTube, GitHub, MediaFire, or Buy Me a Coffee.

Interactions with external services are governed by their respective privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to those external websites.
