• You hereby grant World News App a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display any of your content that we fetch through the feeds provided by you in the form of World News App design & requirements.

• Content Liability: We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on our World News App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No content should appear that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

• As long as your content on the World News App is provided, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

• World News App is built using a third-party service provided free by Appyet.com. We'll operate, manage and run the app until the service provided by Appyet.com is available for free to use. We're not responsible for any consequences if Appyet.com will stop or remove its service and support to our apps built on its platform.

• World News App is distributed on Google Play Store as a free app. We can provide this app on the Google Play Store until the app complies with Google's terms and policies. If Google removes or suspends our app or account due to any reason or violation of policies, we'll not be responsible to our publishers and users for any consequences.

• On-boarding Development Cost/any other costs/fees/payment done by you to us for our services/products are non-refundable / non-cancellable.

• We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, with or without notice to the Publisher or User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site/App following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
