My research explores how multinational enterprises respond to performance feedback when formulating strategies across global markets. I am particularly interested in how firms adjust their foreign direct investment (FDI), divestment, R&D, and acquisition decisions in response to performance assessment. My work also highlights the role of institutional environments, and political uncertainties in shaping these behavioral responses.

My research has been published in International Business Review and has been recognized with several academic honors, including multiple best paper prizes. I have presented my work at leading international conferences such as the Academy of Management and the Academy of International Business. 

Currently, I am working on projects that examine the regionalization patterns of MNEs in response to performance feedback and investigate how different types of performance aspirations influence corporate strategies.

As an instructor, I have taught International Business at Korea University, where I emphasize critical perspectives on global strategy and the behavioral foundations of firm decision-making.
