About Psy Integration

Conversations about non-ordinary states of consciousness can sometimes feel difficult to navigate. While research into their effects and potential therapeutic applications continues to grow, psychology offers different perspectives for understanding the many factors that shape these experiences,  including our intentions, expectations, emotions, personal history, relationships, and the meaning we make of them. Together, current scientific evidence and psychological understanding encourage conversations that are thoughtful, curious, and grounded in critical thinking.

Psychology suggests that the meaning we give to an experience influences how we relate to it. My approach combines established psychological perspectives and current scientific evidence to help people explore alternative ways of understanding their experiences, the factors that shape them, and what they may mean within the broader context of their lives.

Through Applied Psy Integration, I provide a psychology-informed space for people who are interested in exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness and their potential therapeutic applications. My aim is to help people build a balanced understanding of what research currently tells us about their effects on the mind and body, the psychological processes involved, and both their potential benefits and limitations. Beyond learning about the science, I offer a space to explore intentions, expectations, mindset, and setting before an experience, supporting thoughtful and informed decision-making. For those who have already had an experience, I also offer psychological support through the integration process, a space to reflect on what happened, explore it from a psychological perspective, and consider its potential significance for your life and personal growth.
