Our laboratory is actively involved in diverse research endeavors within the realm of biofluid mechanics. By leveraging the fundamental principles of fluid mechanics, we aim to elucidate the intricate mechanisms underlying biological flow and explore their interconnectedness with physiological processes, both in health and disease. Our research portfolio includes investigations into blood flow control through microfluidic channels, advancements in blood flow measurement methodologies utilizing Magnetic Resonance Velocimetry (MRI), and the refinement of blood flow modeling techniques. Furthermore, we are broadening our scope through research applications of machine learning within the field.
