The GGITS Digital Locker 2017

The project was made as a requirement towards minimizing lot of paperwork involved during every aspect of academics within the institution. It is presented on a browser as a website. I submitted this project as my Minor Project, of my Bachelor Of Engineering Curriculum in the 5th semester.

Students, to store their certificates and Teachers to have access to those documents and their details can get registered here.

Student's Dashboard

Students of the institution have a welcoming dashboard and a place to begin the use of their digital locker. Every time a login happens, an alert is sent through registered email with the account.

Digital identity card

Institution issued identity card is used when issuing books at institute's library and being verified at all time with administrative work.

The Uploaded Documents

Student can have hassle-free access to their uploaded document(s) in their regular work aspects.

Teacher's Dashboard

Easy platform for teachers of the institution to access a student's document and details. Currently this is enhanced to be used by the Head of Department(s) of the institutions.

The Student List for Teachers

A complete view of all students and teachers of their respective department.

Security subsystems

The Digital locker, to keep your documents safe and away from misuse incorporates all time check at your usage. Also alerts on your registered email when a login takes place.

Engagement & Outcomes

Students of institution, in large numbers started using this platform to keep their documents safe and all time accessible. On the other hand a teacher need not ask for any Xerox to be brought next day. If any academic or administrative formality is to be done. Also, the interested students are getting together towards enhancing the features of the project and contributing with their skills.

The project was appreciated by the Institute and rewarded with an appreciation letter.
