The Working model brings 3 national data repositories (the UIDAI, the National Academic Repository (NAD), and the Digital Locker) under one hood encompassing the Aadhar ID and the Academic data of a student to provide paperless verification facility at AICTE accredited institutions on the go by biometric fingerprint recognition on the android platform mobile application. Also tracks one's academic qualifications and on-goings, and analyze data to forecast future employment needs as per scenario in the present domains. Notifies the users (students)on a demanded interest for a course or a job. This verification scheme shall ensure the data consistency over the academic and demographic data of an individual and shall prevent usage of duplicate/forged documents as the verification process sticks its lookups and cross-checking schemes through the genuine government provided repositories. Due to involvement of digital locker all the documents (Digital Certificates) are available to be passed on as a copy for the verifying organization whenever verification takes place.
Link your Academic Enrollment number from National Academic Depository (NAD) with you Aadhar Number in your profile. And this solution shall provide you relevant employment or education opportunities based on your Academic and Demographic data.
Involvement of mobile based One Time Password and Bio-metric Fingerprint scan on mobile device makes it an assurance to you that your data and details cannot be used without your consent at any verification desk.
The project in its prototype used sample data provided by different data repositories and has various user engagements taken care of. On an hand held device as an Android Smart phone it becomes easy to verify and authenticate someone out of the box.
The presentation of the prototype was selected by AICTE and the development team rewarded with Deloitte Innovation Award.
