This is a group activity. The students are expected to provide a factual description. "Factual description's purpose is to 'tell' about the subject by describing its features without including personal opinions".  Each  group shall comprise 3 to 5 members. The maximum time for presentation shall not exceed 5 minutes and a minimum of 3 minutes. 

After every presentation, question round will be held:

o   judges will ask questions based on the presentation

o   2 questions from audience will be taken

The topics are allotted to the groups from the following: (National cyber security helpline number -1930,IT ACT 2000 to be included for the relevant cyber security issue)

• Anonymous participation

• Avoid bad language

• National cultures and copyright

• Cyber bullying

• Cyber crimes

• Email account hacking

• Safety while emailing and chatting

• Internet addiction

• Sharenting

• Ensuring safety on social media

• Digital Footprints

• Non consensual intimate image abuse

• Fake news

The following components should be taken care of while presenting:

• Verbal communication

      • Intonation

Maintain eye contact: Don't look down, look at your audience

Posture

• Have a relaxed posture 

• Don't slouch. (meaning of Slouch : stand/sit in a lazy way)

• Use your hands, move them whenever needed. For example to show thinking, asking question etc.

• Tap the mic  and ask "Am I audible?"

• When you get a thumbs up or Yes response then one of the member of the group should start by greeting the audience and then each of the member should tell their names and then the presentation of topic should be shared.

• Ensure 5Ws and 1 H while preparing your presentation.

• Prepare a script, the script can comprise role play or story telling as well to engage audience.

• Assign roles.

• Visual aids such as charts can be used to convey essential information.

• 7Cs of communication should be adhered to

• Audience interaction can also be used as a tool to convey a point

Practice makes perfect.

• Stand in front of the mirror and practice.

• Record your performance and assess yourself.

• Ask your family members to spare time to see you perform and take their feedback.
