About me

I am an Assistant Professor at the Middle Tennessee State University. Previously I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Virginia Tech Center for Quantum Information Science and Engineering and the Institute for Quantum Computing, Waterloo. My work focuses on quantum simulation and computation of high-energy physics, many-body physics and chemical problems. I also work on integrating classical machine learning with quantum computing to make quantum hardware demonstrations more efficient. During my Ph.D., I worked on quantum and semiclassical aspects of black holes, cosmology, and quantum chaos. In my spare time, I love reading books, watching movies, traveling to new places, and learning random new things.
