Citizen Literacy is an app from a non-profit community interest company called Citizen Literacy based in Scotland aimed at learners who want to improve their reading and writing skills. Citizen Literacy uses technology to identify voice and handwriting. It includes a combination of listening, identifying and speaking a given word.
